domain Your Thoughts?

I was searching the bay and came across an interesting domain listing. The seller seems legit, but not sure what to offer without being disrespectful. It revolves around the sudden craze I am sure you have all hear of (Pokemon go) The dot net is "Pokeballz" Realistically, what is a decent offer? I have seen the prices of pokemon domains all over the place recently. Thank you!

Not sure if you should invest that much into a domain that could end up in a trademark issue.

Off course there are plenty of folks who have managed to make a decent amount of money selling Pokemon related domains without getting nailed with TM issues. However you never know when they might decide to crack the whip...Just something to keep in mind if you going to invest in a domain like this.

You better save that money and buy a proper domain.

What is the point in buying TM domains, whose TM holder won every UDRP till now?
And what do you want to do with that domain when the hype is over?
