I'm planning to develop a search engine for phone ringtones and may be pictures. Do you think it's a good idea?

Well, from a TM standpoint, you would probably be fine, as long as you were not hosting any content. But if this were the case, how would you make money?

sms.ac is looking for paid contents for mobile phones it could be that you can get them as affiliate partner or something. mostly european contents. (pls. correct me if im wrong)

Fist of all I want to thank you for your reply.

In the admin area I will be bale to put the sites I want to crawl. Along with free ringtones I will implemet paid affiliates.
Also will display google ads or YPN or other advertisments...
