What's your 5 main criterions to see if a domain is valuable ?

• Is it attractive (generic, domain hack, viral)

• Does it have more than one potential buyer

• Liquidity (can I sell it at any moment for the price purchased +profit)

• And last, can you afford it

Those criteria you mention are important if you are buying a domain to develop and utilize for SEO services. They hold temporary value for the domain sale (a domain flipp), but are not crucial as they are temporary...
