Nah... got to complain to my provider, to get some of the $28 a month back.

That is the price, (199 Swedish Krona per month), but the speed depends a bit on the neighbors.
We got together an formed a co-op, and now everybody has a 100Mbit fiber into their house. But the capacity is shared between about 30 households, and some of them has kids sharing files all the time. But occasionally I can burst almost 100Mbit.
Actually, this speed test isn't very accurate. When running an official speed test that the Swedish BBB is providing, I usually get about 40-45Mbps for TCP downloads. UDP is higher.
