Here's a funny example of somebody pretty much admitting to cyber squatting on two peoples personal names. Think it's enough to win a UDRP? lol...

*Note, the video is a little long so you might not want to load it on a slow connection.

I hate that show, but this is funny. I don't know much about UDRP's for names. I would think its a tough road as multiple people can have the same name. But I do think the two guys who had their names purchased by their competitor are idiots for allowing it. If you are on a reality TV show on a major network, AND you are in the high end real estate business where your name is your brand, why were the dot coms even available? Negligence or ignorance imo.

Same here @cocaseco! This just happened to be on my TV and I couldn't help but laugh when I heard it. If you go a few seconds before you'll hear one of the guys doesn't even have a website. Hard to believe you're selling million dollar houses in 2015 and don't have a website, lol.

Looks like they were registered in bad faith to me. However, I don't think these guys even know what a UDRP is. In the preview for the next episode I think one of them goes asking if he can have the domain for his name, lol.

Maybe the cast is a new source of buyers for me......Domain ignorant, with lots of cash!! We all need more DILC's.

Haha! This is hilarious.

The funniest part is how Justin is laughing about it and says, "that's pretty funny" that the other guy bought Rohhabibi.com but as soon as the guy mentions that he bought justinfichelson.com too, Justin's facial expression instantly changes from smiling to shock and displeasure. Then Justin says, "Who does that? That's just weird!" and "What the hell is that?"

Priceless.
