It sorts by average unique incoming links from the dir to the top directory site. So the more people clicking the higher you rank.

But you can also sort the ranking on the top by pageviews or outgoing links.

Thanks a lot, hope you will not be disappointed. It is a good backlink. MSN already shows more than 1,5 K backlinks to the site and if you get to top 3 you will have 3 links instead of one - all static of course.

I just checked and there was no problem, it loaded faster than the thumbnails. I guess it was only a temporary hosting overload.
