so they push it as You.com the site where YOU control what YOU want the net to be

one day it could be a major home page portal

so what is it worth?

first bid is 10K on it at auction

owner has a lo 5 fig reserve

once the reserve is make the auction can close any time the owner wants or no later than 7 days

so let's see how accurate the appraisals are here

I say the dom will sell twic

once in the lo 5 fig area

then at 500K or 1M to a major ISP within 6 to 24 months

lo 5 figs is wholesale on it and priced right for fast sale

500k+ is a long term deal getting it in front of the right developmental players

we'd take it ourselves but, we don't want to waste resources on developing a traffic portal

we like portals that make money or have a real targeted end user/viewer

if someone puts 5M into an ad campaign you will have a major portal

the name is so simple it's perfect

maybe more

but not less

longterm resell to who ever buys it as a spec pic is

100K to 500K to an end user ISP

so we have a short term sell estimate 20to30K

longterm resell est 100K to 500K

I wouldn't expect to see it sell for less than 40-50k

but there is a low 5 fig reserve on it

the owner said sell

so when the reserve is met it could go for less than 40 or 50K

we think it's a long sell at max of 500K undeveloped

but short sell is 20 to 30K

maybe more but not less
