Yet another Sedo seller failing to honour a BIN

How long do I have to wait until I can request my money back from Sedo. It's been two weeks and the seller of the domain has been completely non responsive to requests to unlock and provide auth code.

I know people have holidays etc, but sadly I suspect the owner has changed their mind and I laying low.
