Yet another RegisterFly rant

I know it's already been iscussed al lot on here but I still can't find a solution to my problems..
Like many RF customers some days ago I've received some eNom email for whatever dispute between registry asking to transfer names to them as the legit registrar and what else I don't know the email was long and too painful to read.

By the way, pissed off by all the situation I decided to transfer out my names from registerfly to a new registrar. I paid the transfer fees to the new registrar, I came on RegisterFly to get the auth EPP code and... what? isn't there?! AuthCode:=authcode??
No way, let's open a ticket.
7 days later still no response from the ticket, nor from the verious emails.
They are hijacking the names, they are incompetent, and they are holding money -in form of domin names- wich do not belongs to them.
What should I do to let them move their butts? an attorney letter? an (intercontinental) phone call? key-scratch their cars as a form of revenge?

I'm asking If some of you have been able to obtain their epp codes and transfer out their names from there, and if so, how did you do it.

Eventually, yes I did transfer "some" of my names. But I had put in for a transfer BEFORE this mess started.
I still have about 30 names with them, but they have time on the registration, so I am going to sit and wait...

That Enom letter is your door out of the regfly mess, at least for the names listed in the letter.

It sounds like you are one of the lucky ones.

Enom is a legitimate registrar. Regfly was an Enom reseller - they got many (not all) of their names from Enom. And Enom STILL controls the names Regfly got through them. So all you need to do is follow the steps in that letter and the domains that qualify will be transfered to Enom for FREE.

But do it now, there is a time limit. After you have them safe at Enom, you can transfer them to your favorite registrar or you can renew them at the same price you were paying at Registerfly - not the high price Enom advertises.

The Enom letter should list the domains that you can pull out. If it does not, look at the Whois for each of your domains. If the registrar is listed as Enom then you can pull them away from Registerfly. If it says Registerfly you have to wait this out with me and the rest of us. You may have both Enom and Registerfly domains.

Are the domains you trying to transfer out .biz or .us? Also, have you looked at the whois info for the domains. Does it actually say RF is the registrar?

had two names at rf.... Got one out to enaom the other is stuck there and due for renewal. I think I will end up loseing the name I have left becouse there is no way i will give RF another penny.

Unfortunately I have been able to transfer to eNom only a couple of names. Most of the names there are .us and their whois information says:
Registrant Name: Responsible Party
Registrant Organization: Registerfly.com
Created by Registrar: ENOM, INC.
Last Updated by Registrar: ENOM, INC.

But they weren't on the list that eNom let me carried out of there. key scratch their faces still seems the best solution so far.

what should I do?

Try contacting Enom. There may have been a glitch in their system. I am sure they were dealing with thousands of domain names and a few probably fell through the cracks. Meanwhile, I'm still mystified about how all of my .us domains at RF are showing up as Tucows for the registrar. The RF rep denied that RF had a reseller account with Tucuws, but something isn't adding up here.
