Lets say 5 people have a bid on a name at Pool, it is $60 so all five are in the active auction.

If no one increases their bid what happens?

not a clue, thats why i always bid $61 for starters!

prob goes to the one who made the backorder first

Yes, I believe it goes to the person who backordered first--at least that is what happens on SN. I haven't run into a time when no one bid past $60 at pool.
