I'm considering selling the domain yearbook.net and would like to know what to expect. Repeat traffic is pretty localized due to not really having the time to expand.

It's not a bad name, maybe you could look for a yearbook publisher as an end user and try to get something in the mid $xxx to low $x,xxx.
