Believe it or not, it was very hard decision to buy it. This keyword is THIS keyword. I set only 2 possibilities:
A) Build a religious forum about God, life & religion. Not necessarily about a specific religion or for my religion.
B) Sell it to an end-user for whom i ll be sure that he will take care of it as an ''org''. It's about my faith.

And talking in serious, it will be very difficult to manage this kind of forum.
Believers are not adecuate and you will recieve too much offensive posts and mails.
Add to this a forum wars and...

I don't know too. A general religion forum maybe will be a viable and painless decision.

You are wrong, the forum is not the good decision.
One secta believers will come and discuss with another secta fans and all these wars will convert in thousands of offensive posts and threads.
And how will you have $$ from this?
Selling to them indulgences? (not a bad idea, by the way)

I think @mayazir is right about the religious forum being a bad idea. If you looking for a painless decision then it's definitley a bad idea...As an example go to any forum.. even here on NP and checkout any thread that is related to religion or god... just on the thread alone you will find a mini war going on ..lol ... now imagine of you created an entire forum dedicated to religion..
