Yahoo mail pop3 access

i want to download all my mails using outlook express

but yahoo says we have to pay for pop3 access and have to upgrade to mailplus for $ 20. is there any other ways to download mails directly to my desktop by outlook

what are the configuration settings of outlook express, let me know
