I searched out all the threads and there isn't an officially designated .xyz thread so how about this one to cover the subject?

So to start off my first xyz reg is:

Sh stands for Shanghai

May have little value if any but I like short domains as possible that I can get in new extensions and with majority of numbers taken I figured why not for the low reg fee right now. Plus it sorry of rhymes.

Looks like a bit short for a Chinese phone number, but I agree, most likely it means something to the registrant

Be careful of buying CCCCC.xyz domains ... CCCCC.com isn't even really that popular so match it to the extension xyz and it won't work unless the pattern is prime.

Thanks. I know CCCCC.xyz isn't popular and probably won't ever be. Guess I shouldn't have paid 8k for it. Oh well we'll see what happens. Just kidding, at only $1.18 why not right? it might appeal to someone, as it has xyz and 8s in it.

I would think so. I sold 3 domains today on Namecheaps marketplace. Not much money, but still a profit.

1) $0.88 sale at Namecheap right now.
2) LLLL.xyz has less than 100k available (93k now). It was reduced by about 10k overnight from the last time I checked.
