May have little value if any but I like short domains as possible that I can get in new extensions and with majority of numbers taken I figured why not for the low reg fee right now. Plus it sorry of rhymes.

88.xyz brought a nice price today at the ROTD auction, 70K and I also felt like 3.5k for 180.xyz was a good sign for NNN.xyz. I think chip LLL.xyz will bring as much or more very soon.

Loving these sales ! Just driving the prices up ! I remember a couple months ago it's was only $100-$300 for a resell. Lol now it's $1k-$3k

So far, only good and short single keywords and some numbers are selling ($xxx). Most are on NameJet and the majority of these sales isn't from private auctions - it is domain names that got dropped and snatched up by NameJet if I understand that right. But still, for a new gtld, demand is not bad at the moment!

It depends... You have to look at these name from an investors standpoint. You're not buying a lottery ticket. You have purchase strong keywords; especially ones that have already made it big in the Tld world, "if it sold for millions in .com" you can expect to see a good outcome just my advice.

Spicy is good imo.

I intend to keep spicy.xyz for a while! Even at ~$10 its renewable price is very affordable. And .xyz registration numbers are unlikely to slow down soon.
