domain xxx /***/ pt

Hello all,

how do you estimate the value of the xxx? It regularly gets bids (about 1-2 times a year but often only these low test bids), it is a very long standing domain of mine but I have a hard time evaluating it (I have a number in my head but I don't want to set a bias but just want to know your opinion). Pt stands for Portugal for those who don't know this extension and most of the bids come from Portugal itself.

I have gone over the top on some of these external, lesser extensions ...and probably shouldn't, in reality. Domains that have a super punchy word with them, I do sway on the optimistic side (depending on what it is, situational)

@jhm just check previous sales for one word in .pt and the fact that it is service based i truly think 5k is a fair end-user pricing
