Yup generally any one of these limitations is acceptable but as soon as you start stacking them up the chances of a sale drastically decreases. In this case there is a fair bit of use of the term “xperts” (110 reg and 1000+ with it in their business name) so I don’t think it’s too bad. All the main extensions are taken and not for sale so the .co might be their only chance at the exact match of their brand. I’d probably price in the mid 4-figure range and see what kind of interest you get.
