they hyphen well there's no reason to use it when you got new tld's

now 1xl is a size so that could be worth minor dough

so no value as it sites even though it's 4 characters .com

Seeing as how I can get a similar domain, such as xo-1.com by hand registering it at $10...why would I spend any more on this one?

Don't get me wrong, I do see your point. I registered it knowing that the hyphen might kill it for many.... But, being the type of female that knows how to make a delicious lemonade out of lemons; developing it will definitely be right approach for this one.

So it's a TM issue then.

If the drink is still produced they own the name still and can get it at wipo for 1500 in filing fees if they want it

Is xl1.tld used in any Scandinavian countries promoting it? If so expect a C&D

TM domains can cost you thousands if they sue you so negative value here it's a TM issue

Try sticking away from hyphens. And it seems you have a TM problem too. Best to scrap it and IF you can, get refund =)
