xhtml, CSS, PHP Coder searching for jobs!

Hello there,

I am a proficient Xhtml, CSS and PHP/Mysql. I also know javascript.
i choose to work as freelancer, also i do not charge by the hour. However i do require a 10% upfront payment for security purposes. However for some reason if i do not get to finish the job the money will get back to you.

I do not have fixed prices, i will judge accordingly to the job given. If also for soem reason i cannot do soemthing provided i will be honest and upfront with the client.

I can also design, but my designing skills are limited but it does the job when needed. At the moment my website with my portfolio is down.
