Im looking for a xhtml/css coder to do a few designs per month for me. You MUST have a portfolio and must be reliable. Im looking to get 1-3 jobs per week done. I will also need the person to possibly code around turnkey scripts also. similar to http://listwebhost.com Paying $30-50 per job.
