I'm looking to see how much I could get for the domain www.XboxCell.com, with the forums database included (nearly 600 posts, and active). I would like to keep my vbulletin license for my other sites, so that would not be included.

If I were you I would keep the vBulletin license with the site, but you can do what you want. I also think you should develop the site a little bit more before giving up on it at only 600 posts. You seem to get a decent amount of traffic except the number of posts don't reflect the traffic you get.

As-is you could expect low $xxx.
Without vBulletin license, high $xx to low $xxx.
