.de might be more preferable there.
I dont see any city .CO in the reported sales for .CO, so hard to predict the exact sale price.
I'll go with the appraisals here and it says mid xxx or $400 to be exact. Put a $999 in negotiation to start with, when you outbound or leave it for Make offer.
However, .co is a hard sell and it might take some time to sell this one.
