Stupidly...when I first got started in domains (a month ago), I saw on ebay several listings for typos starting with wwwl. The seller claimed that rather than typing the "." people mistakenly typed in the "l" and this created lots of traffic=revenue. At that time several of the wwwl names were auctioned off and some got some pretty good $$, so I decided to give it a try.
One of the names I registared is trademarked, but I also registared another name with it, like wwwlbuytxxxxxx.com. I recently got a letter stating I was in tm violation and to transfer the domain. Does putting the wwwl in front of a name still make it a tm violation?
Thanks for your input.
