There is one of these 'www' names for each country in the world. This one (.tl) represents East Timor, in Southeast Asia.

i saw one of these domains in the high priced domains section...it was www.bb.
The guy who was selling it was accepting offers over 10k and has got no bids till now.
I think www.bb has an advantage over www.tl because bb stands for bulletin board (most of the times). I dont think www.tl as it is means anything...

Having said all that, it seems a premium domain to be and you should be able to get low XXXX for it :imho:
