Hi guys,

i was casually browsing to check domains. I typed raredomains(com) and it got directed me to buydomains. Oh then i thought "rare" might be a good word. and tried raremobi, luckily its available and regg it.

But i know there are still many more mobi domains left for registration, but i think if i hold for 1 or 2 years , i can use that place as a market place for mobi TLDs. what do u guys think. or is that i am dreaming!!!

exactly what I was thinking! in therms of value, not sure in a $ amount, but imo its worth the regfee.

Thanks its atleast reg fee, so i dint waste my $8. But i am thinking, this name would suit some one who have invested in quite a lot of mobi domains, so that he showcase them all.

The problem with the domain name is that its hinged on a few factors. The first issue is although .mobi has sales and is "seemingly" doing well, this domain falls short if the tld flutters out.

The next issue is although your keywords are decent for the topic "rare" and "mobi" better keywords would have been "Premium" and "mobi" - consider this. When looking for quality dot coms, do you ask for rare dot coms? The answer in all honesty is no. It is akward and doesnt quite make sense.

I will be honest, it is unlikely this domain name will be sold at market for a profit. This of course is my opinion, but I wish you the best of luck!

I understand that I cant sell it for Huge amounts, But just wanted to know a figure. would it be atleast mid XX?
