Humor me here please.

I am not really looking for a sale..

But what would you think I could sell for with these stats.

The domain name is.

www.linkdirectory.com

The Alxea Rank right now is 147,000 seems to drop by 10,000 every week or less.

The Google PR right now is only 2 but the google pr update is going on right now
and I think I will hit at least a pr of 5.

The traffic right now is around 300 visitors a day..

The daily adsense income is around $10 a day , I know that is not much right now.

I just bought a $49 Appraisal... From Sedo to value the domain name and for the site current and for a perdiction for the next 12-24 months.

I know most Paid Appraisals are not worth anything.... but im interested to see what sedo thinks... I will post their Appraisal.. Here when I get it..

So we can all laugh at it or get an idea to see if their Appraisal is close to what I think the domain and site are worth now and in the next 12-24 months.

I think most people will be surprised.

OK here is the Sedo Appraisal.

It values the domain only at $8000 Pounds...

I Know it is not worth that right now...

$8000 pounds is like $16000 to $20000k USD

I think the name is like worth like $8-10k usd on it's own..
With the developed site..right now I think it is worth between 12K-15K PLUS

And with in 12-24 months we can double or triple the value...

So I think in 12 months 24k to 30k and within 24months.

40k to 60k easy....
