But they are not suitable for a domain I think. at least to the usual domain reseller, for this I would say regcost / high $X resale value.

I have many more that actually sound better than the ones above.

The words "has now" have over 44 million google results. I'm not sure if that rule applies in the case of this domain.

Actually, no. They appear a lot basically because these terms can be used to form sentences often. Instead, real keywords with big results have greater and increased potential.

I think to an end user that can make a great site will have some success with this one but as far as to find one would be a great task in itself. I would say reg fee or low $xx.
