www. forwarding?

I think this is the right forum to post this on.

When only the www.domain.com works, and not domain.com, why is that? Has it got something to do with www. fowarding?

How do you make it so that domain.com works?

This is because of a setting in httpd.conf of the server, basicly the dns zone setting.

Its because the ServerAliase is not set correctly, a normal one should read like this:
ServerAliase www.example.com example.com www.example.com

Since example.com is not working, yours more than likely reads like this:
ServerAliase www.example.com

If you do not have access to shell (root) you will need to contact your host to have them fix it.
