What might the www.developerlance.com domain be worth if I found the right buyer please?

I have no clue, and I have some bids, So I don't know if I am going to sell it way to cheap, which I do not wan't, or to be a bit calmer and wait for the right buyer.

$70 is a fair price, perhaps a tad on the low side. I know the type of site this domain is intended for, and it's actually somewhat difficult to find a decent name for one.
