It is a good name and can be developed with Beijing / China hotels, entertainment etc in mind.

Keep any reference to the Olympics out of it and you will have no problems.

The only name I found was Torino, which was registered after Torino winning the bid.

Beijing08 was registered before Beijing winning the bid, so I guess the name has no problem. Note that "Olympics" and its logo are trademarks, don't use them. However words like "Sports" etc are not trademarks.
