I think your only value will be in development, there are so many Beijing "olympic" related domains around.

I have BeijingGames.cn , China08.com , Hotels.bj.cn - no interest to date.

.cn would be more valuable then .com.cn. Anyways the domain is in english and most english people would go to 2008Games.com not .com.cn. I think you'll only find 30 dollars out of this domain.
