I'm selling http://www.speedyproxies.com/

The site gathers the speed that the web server reply's to requests every 10 minutes, this is then averaged out over 30 minutes and the proxies are listed by what speed they load.

As well as load speed the site displays the proxies uptime, this is checked every 10 minutes along with the load speed.

Countries are also displayed and they are rechecked every 6 hours.

The script has a simple admin system to approve and delete sites.

The buyer will have full rights to this script to resell and do what they please with it, I will not distribute it.
