Hi, Due to the busy schedule i have in another web project, I would like to sell my MySpace resource web site (2myspacelayouts.com) which is 1 year old.
It receives about 2500 unique hits per month and for this month alone, it has already have 2716 unique hits. 90% US traffics.
The site is fully indexed by Google and Yahoo. For google, it has 5030 index link. http://216.239.59.104/search?hl=en&lr=&q=site:2myspacelayouts.com&btnG=Search
Traffic sources (Referrers) are mainly from organic traffics such Google image ,google search and Yahoo. It also get traffics from a few myspace profiles. I never advertise the web site.
Income for the site is mainly from Adsense and Adengage.com, not much there. Around $5 from adsense per month. I did not arrange the adsense code properly so if you can re-arrange the adsense code correctly, the CTR will be higher.
The site uses a licensed Myspace resource script from http://profilecms.com/, i bought the script at $100 and it is transferable to the new owner. It comes with a user friendly admin page which you can use to administrate the site easily.
The domain name is with GoDaddy, expires Aug 2008, i can push it to you for free
