Well I did....
Bought a bronze package honestly, I have nothing to say about the service very professional and the turn around 24hrs I think I am gonna subscribe a monthly package for my new web site I am launching.
This is not the point though...
In the live support I spoke with what I believe is the admin and he told
me that he does not know you and you are not affiliated with them!!!

Why in your opening post you wrote:

That is not your web site.
Why should I PM you first?

I am just a representative as I said. Maybe he totally forgot that I affiliated with him because I forgot to ask him about the coupon code.
