WTH: Programmer for Small Social Network Site

Looking to make a social network that has a random text/video chat system similar to Omegle.com. I have the script started and it already does the random chat component fairly well, I just need someone to add in the video component, add a profile system, and a few other little things.

Probably not, but: if someone can do what I'm asking efficiently from that platform the way I'm looking for, then I'm all for it.
