Wanted template for new adnetwork

looking for a nice corporate type template for a new adsense network site. The network
will be media related.. arcade,video,humor,gaming, etc..I would need to be able to split the template into a header and footer for the script backend, but the script is lacking an actual
website and that is what i looking to get designed.

the site is built on a ad server and the Editable files are located in the /html directory.

ONLY THESE FILES MAY BE EDITED / MODIFIED:

header.html - The header of all pages in the ad server
footer.html - The bottom of all pages in the ad server
administrator_nav.html - The navigation bar for the admin login
advertiser_nav.html - The left navigation bar for advertiser logins
publisher_nav.html - The left navigation bar for publishers
