budget: above $500 WTB Wordpress/Blogger blogs in tech niche with Adsense revenue

I am looking to acquire a tech niche blog based on wordpress or blogger. Please read following conditions which shall strictly apply.

1) At least 6 months old
2) History of traffic (not like zero traffic for 5 months and a sudden traffic spike from the last 10 days)
3) Adsense revenue mandatory ( at least $100), I am not interested in dropshipping websites please

My budget is around $1000, maybe a little higher based on the quality of the website.
