WTB websites with consistent revenue of $10 - $50 a month

Hey,

Looking for small sites for sale with RELIABLE income proof.

I want sites making $10-$50 / month.

Proof of income is required and it must be proved that it is from the site/s you are selling.

Please also include if it is using a script and if I will require a license, the work involved in managing the site, i.e. is it automated or manual work, how long the site has been online and the running costs.

Please include the details because I normally just get an email saying site.com is for sale and it doesnt include the info I need for a purchase.
