For a owned license you will be looking at around $140 even second hand so to speak so might aswell spend the extra $20 and get the updates for the year.

not really, I just bought one yesterday for $90. Even though it only had almost 5 months to expire, all I need is to download the software anyway since its a owned lic*

Yeah, I would definitely say the average is around $110 - $115...not $140. The best places I've found to be here, SitePoint, WebhostingTalk, and Digital Point

Dont buy it off eBay buy it from a forum where the license has been verified so you know your not being ripped off.
