They can be content websites, affiliate sites, directories or forums. I would even consider turnkey websites if they are somewhat different or unique. I do not want just a domain.

If you have something that is niche or very unique I would even consider them even if they aren't from the categories I listed above. I just don't want a site where there are millions of already like arcade, myspace or proxy websites.

I don't have any needs as for the age of the site, traffic, number of listings or revenue. However, I would prefer it to have a brandable domain name but that it not even necessary.
