Cpanel (or another user friendly interface)
lots of addon domains

i'll be using phproxy with a bandwidth restictor patch so wont be using that much bandwidth even tho i will be hosting quite a few proxies

Do you want WHM instead of addon domains? It's much more organised.

Yeah, WHM is better with functionality, but the only thing is you would have cpanel logins for each domain, so you would have to keep up with all of the logins. Personally, I would do addons, because I would want all the domains to be under one cpanel so everything is centralized.
