Will pay upto mid/high $X,XXX, for sites with good traffic or strong revenue.

Made $10 from private banner sales. Has a ton of submitted sites, gets around 5 submission per week with apsolutly no advertising.
Uses a turkey hosting directory script with this modified skin. Complete admin backend allowing you to approve/reject links, create categories, add advertiser links and banners.

Asking $60 for the whole site.
