Established Hosting Related Sites Wanted eg Directories

I'm interested in buying sites related to web hosting, eg hosting resource sites, hosting directories, domain name sites, image hosting etc.

I will also consider more general webmaster sites.

Please note that I do not want to become a host myself so I'm not interested in sites that sell hosting.
