Combination of above or any of the single sectors mentioned.

Minimum requirements:
Established atleast for 24 months
Atleast 1000 uniques a month, majority from US, UK, Europe
Not banned by adsense or google search
Traffic proof using Google Analytics
Original Content only
Page Authority and Domain Authority not below 20
Pagerank not below 1
Atleast have 10 links in Google and ranking for few good keywords related to the niche
Revenue don't matter if it is not monetized
Not a link farm

Budget:
Depends on specific site offered, from $500 - $2000
