Established [WTB] Forums (Webmaster, etc.) or South Carolina Websites

Howdy, I'm interested in forums for sale, particularly webmaster forums. I would prefer some level of activity, looking to spend up to $250 for the right forum.

Please note that I am not looking for adult, warez, etc. If it's anything illegal, or even borderline-gray-area, I will pass.

I am also looking for any kind of site related to South Carolina. It can be a mini-site, informational, etc.
