I am looking for a drinks recipe website with decent traffic and a bit of revenue.
(And a lot of drinks entered)

Well, you can't buy decent traffic or content with that budget, but I can build you a simple recipe site where you enter your own recipes via a form in an admin panel. Graphics design not included.

I doubt you will get for that price is what I mean, if you do, most likely multiple people are running the same content and Google will then penalyze you for duplicate content. I am not trying to offend in anyway.
