the user do not need to join to see the content they only need to join to add drinks and stuff,
full admin back end

Is it a custom script? If not can you prove that you you have license, if so I will probably make a bid tonight but can't justify $50 for a brand new site with no traffic, revenue, etc.

the script is not custom, there is no license needed. its a turnkey type of site

i used the script from an old site i ran back in 2002 and i didnt bother to update that.

All developed means is that it has a domain, and content. Doesn't mean a lot of content, just something.
