WTB: Build Directories List

I need someone to build a list of industrial directories. These must be general industrial directories or within specific niches in like manufacturing, packaging or plastics. The list should have the following columns:

Name of Directory
URL
Kind (general or specific niche - must name the niche)
Type (free, reciprocal, paid)
Cost
Search-Engine Friendly (yes or no)

Is anyone interested in building this list for me? How much would you charge and how long do you estimate would it take?

I was expecting to pay $50 or less for this project. It should only take a week or two of researching to build this list.

How long should the list be?? I mean how many directories should it contain??

I can do it for $45 in one week. Just tell me the amount of directories it should contain.

The biggest question that I have is about the data. There are more than 65,000 Directory Categories included in ThomasNet.com. Now, I know that are majority are categories with more than 1 name and others are too niche.
