These are the requirements:
One English Word // Two English Words // Three English Words
Must be a .Com
Aged more than 10 years
Must have substantial search volume
Two/Three Word .Com’s must not have any hyphens
Two/Three Word .Com’s must not have abbreviated words (No domains like: ABCWord.com)
Must be a Person // Place // Product // Activity // Common Phrase // Generic Words.
Must be singular.

Examples of domains that meet the requirements:
Luck.com
Bench.com
SchoolYard.com
DoNotDisturb.com

Examples of domains that DO NOT meet the requirements:
iBenches.com
SchoolsYards.com
AcaiBowsUSA.com

Budget: $1,000-$100,000 per domain name.
