Does anybody think .ws extensions are worth anything? And what is better .tv .cc or .ws?

I've sold a few .ws in the low $xxx range so I like them considering the $9.99 reg fee for good keywords. I've sold the majority for mid to high $xx though. If they do take off I'll be gutted I didn't hang onto them.
